Charles, airXpat founder.
Expatriate for over 7 years, I have quite a good experience on multicultural environments over 5 continents. I am passionate about sports and my children, which is compatible sometimes ;-)
I graduated from the ESSEC Business School in Paris. After a few years in a large consulting firm, I started as an entrepreneur in 2010.
6 years later, this company is now leader in the management of professional relocation in Morocco, with over 80 corporate clients.
In 2016 I launched the airXpat project. The idea is to give the opportunity to non corporate expats to benefit from relocation services. airXpat will be first launched in France, with an ambition to cover twenty countries within a quick time frame.
My role at airXpat : vision and strategy, recruitment and many meetings and brainstorming sessions with the Xperts. I am also in charge of not fun but essential topics as finances and legalities. Ultimately, I am the referee in our small team.
Magali, Operations Manager at airXpat .
After several project management experiences in the HR field, and having extensively travelled Africa and Eastern Europe for professional reasons, and Europe, Asia and Latin America for pleasure, discovering different cultures all along, I decided to become an expatriate for a longer term.
In 2015 I landed in Morocco, a country I knew from my youth holidays. It feels like returning to my roots as my parents lived there 35 years ago. I became Relocation and Immigration coordinator before joining the airXpat project.
My role at airXpat : Project and Operations Manager. What is fun in a start-up like airXpat is that everything has to be built from scratch and one combines a lot of experiences.
Rachel, Marketing and Communication Manager at airXpat .
I have been expatriated for 12 years now : from Mount Cameroon to the Chinese Great Wall, and now Swiss fondue expert. I would have loved to meet a couple of airXpat Xperts on my road to help me get settled in each of my destinations.
After more than 10 years of marketing, communication and digital experience in multinationals, I joined the airXpat project a couple of months ago - such a contrast and what an adventure!
I am in charge of Sourcing – finding the Xperts – and Communication, being the voice of airXpat on social networks. I also take care of the brand identity and development, having a lot of work there because our team is particularly undisciplined! ;-)
